Fair enough, I was just thinking you could roleplay that the warlock has no real knowledge of the power of the Voice, unleashing the full power of Soul Tear (all 3 words), then he begins trying to use it's partial power instead (2 words, like you said), but he sometimes messes up, using the full power from time to time.

Not quite mate... i got still a few kinks to work out... the combat magic post is still a work on progress, cause there are a lot of things to consider:

you could make it a series. you've got tons of stuff right in your builds and in the comments, you could make an initial post sort of summing up the stuff you've already used, and then go into greater depth on each of the above topics in later posts. Seriously, I've already learned a ton just reading your CBs.
