Thank you for your +1. I'm not the best with art, otherwise I would use that instead for the sake of convenience. Unless theres someone that can do that for me. I'll try it in future, or maybe even add it if someone offers.

Well, if you like I could help or you can ask the Art Group.

Hang on, why wait until you've got a high enchanting skill to disenchant? Far as I'm aware disenchanting is the same at all skill levels and with all items of the same enchantment, regardless of magnitude.

I have found out that waiting with a high enchanting skill to disenchant certain enchantments helps because; you find much stronger enchantments which do make a difference compared to weaker enchantments and different perks in Destruction, Illusion, Restoration etc, make a difference. E.g Having Augmneted Flames 2/2 and then disenchanting a item with Fire Damage becomes much stronger then having just Augmuented Flames 1/2. Also the perk Enchanter only applies to NEW enchantments, which makes a large difference.

Wait what? 'Another use of Become Ethereal is to cast Dead Thrall whilst using it (as mentioned above) I would mainly use Dead Thrall on Draugr Deathlords or Draugr Death Overlords encountered on higher levels in ruins, although there are many things this can work on.' How do you raise a Draugr Death Overlord with Dead Thrall?

No that is not true at all. Disenchanting stronger enchantments gives you the exact same enchantments as if you disenchanted weaker items. The perks (Augmented flames, in your example) from the other magic skills are what's making your enchantments appear stronger, not because you waited so long to disenchant.

Ok that explains a lot. Thanks Chris, I should have done more research before hand.

Draugr Death Overlords can appear at two levels, 34 and 45 (according to UESP). While you'd need Necromage to Dead Thrall the level 45 one, I'd assume the build author was raising the level 34 draugr. But I don't know what Become Ethereal would have to do with this.

I know that but I thought Draugr Death Overlords can't be raised with Dead Thrall. Also I believe he used Become Etheral for if he is in battle and his Dead Thrall dies, he would need a way to raise it without being hit/distracted. As being distracted and casting a Master Spell, will cause it to 'reset' or stop.

Well I see this one here is receiving more traffic than the other currently. And all positive at that. Congratulations. This looks like a great build you've put great effort into. I especially, like the combinations you came up with and the twisted fate at the end to Elenwen. I can imagine that being very amusing to see that as well as this build in action. The only few things concerning me is, based on the choices of  skills taken in comparison to the quests chosen, I can imagine this character having some difficulties with certain enemies. Then again, this is a concern with 95% of the builds I read on here anyway. Another good Mage build that deserves a great commendation.
