How can you enchant fortify destruction onto the boots?

Do you use a mod or a glitch pherhaps ?

Wow, this one is great. 30 likes doesn't do it justice. That is for sure.

You have covered everything very, very well. I really like how this character drives himself to assimilate more energy from whoever he meets. A good goal ;)

The dunmer shoes from the dragonborn expansion are glitched to use chest enchantments, such as fortify destruction. They can be found on certain NPCs in Raven Rock. The best way to attain it (without slaughtering innocent townsfolk) is off dead NPCs in the served cold quest. Be sure to kill the named dunmer when you get the chance, you can't let the live anyway.

Thanks! I felt that this build concept really struck lightning so I did my best to flesh it out, being thorough in all of the sections. I hope you'll give it a playthrough in some form!

This build would be indestructible with FudgeMuppet's(Character build channel on YouTube) Necrowarp enhancement! Great build +1

This seems to be a class that tries to do nearly everything. To be honest, I don't find it unique, but I like it. It allows you to be more flexible, and prevents the gameplay from being stale, and there are even some combinations here I never thought of.

I may replay Skyrim just to do this. Besides doing what the Leveling & Training section says, what else should we do in a particular order?

Yeah, I'm not that experienced in photo editing. That was just what I could do in preview. My intention was for people to click the Skyrim perk calculator links.

You can also wear the ancient shrouded gloves which double the sneak attack damage of the one handed weapons...I use that to deal x30 dmg with daggers when sneaking....Also,you need 100 lvl enchanting to make pieces with 25% fortify destruction...so till you reach that level DON'T USE keening. Its enchantment, keening's sting, can be used only one time thus making it a simpe dagger after the first use..so better craft the right armor so you can have unlimited uses of keening's enchantment.

I don't usually like to use the 30x stealth damage trick, it seems like a bit much to me. I wrote about not using up Keening's enchantment in the build.
