Pretty tough below level 10, gains pace once you get a cloak up!

You NEED lightning cloak against tough spellcasters. Got smashed around a bit by a necro master earlier, had to retreat but came back ready for war.

They do not like lightning cloak, it spangles their brain cells.

That's interesting Cam, I got a few of them ready to unlock, will run some tests to confirm! That means fire breath could score upwards of 160 damage if you meditate on it, pretty tasty if used down a narrow passage on a load of draugr!

Lol, be very careful running dead is dead with this one Rune.

Just buyed the flame cloak! Aiming for destruction training from Faralda and the lightning cloak! :-) Currently working my way up the smithing-tree to orcish. But it's hard after the "no-more-dagger-fast-way-patch" ;-P But im getting there....i think! :-P

Dead is dead is what'll make this fun - I'll probably run with a companion early to supplement my atronach, then I'll switch to solo somewhere around the late teens.  I'm thinking of using a bound sword (no perks) as the main weapon; you can poison 'summoned blades' and it does about the same as an non-improved orc blade.

I'll probably have to wait a bit before playing - much going on, but I'll cue it up.

    • Iron Daggers up to 30 to get dwarven smithing.
    • Complete Deepest Fathoms and make dwarven bows.
    • Loot Alftand Ruined Tower and make dwarven bows.
    • Smithing will be at around 55....

Can be done in an hour.

I skipped wearing steel and dwarven, just get the green stuff on!

Wow(!) is it that simple? :-P Thank you, Mason!

Alftand Ruined Tower makes a massive dent, there are only around 4 - 5 spiders and one sphere centurian to kill to get your hands on a free heap of dwemer junk.

I reckon if you loaded up on warrior stone + well rested while making your bows and then used the profit from selling the bows to buy a few more dwarven ingots you could maybe get to 50 smithing in one go.

Try it for everyone Gustaf, nobody likes grinding at the forge!

Thanks man! Yeah magicka management is tricky!

Runes are used until i have my cloak, then I only use runes to kill goats, fox, bunnies, wolves and mud crabs. (keeps destruction leveling). I actually discovered just how valuable a grand soul gem is with this build, even without investing any time on enchanting a grand soul gem is worth 20% magicka regen when placed on armor. I had it running at 60%, head, chest, ring. Thats enough for a permanent flow of cloaks and atronachs, even during battle.

No, I never find carry weight a problem on any of my builds, I'm a little bit of a stamina hater so I micro manage my inventory and only pick up what I really need.

I honestly think people who struggle with carry weight are just lazy bastards, whats wrong with just being organised, you have a companion who can carry a load of stuff if your a hoarder.
