Dude seriously... I cant like the builds as fast as you are pushing them out (no lie!) :D. I really like it! Maybe add for roleplay doing the Dawnguard (Volkihar) quest-line because his name indicates that there will be blood at the end. You know, Bloodcursed Arrows + Auriels Bow => Bloody Day and a dark night (his goal). He would also become the ruler of the vampires in Skyrim.
And maybe try to avoid killing Draugr because they are giving their energy to the dragonpriests to keep them alive and stuff. Try to kill all miners that are disturbing the draugr/dragonpriests or kill the dragonpriests yourself because they are your rivals? The ones im Skyrim (not Solstheim) of course.

Not killing Draugr would definitely be tedious, seeing as they are one of the most common enemies in the game, however Auriel's Bow would certainly make up for the annoying stat decrease, thank you. I would probably say that they care little for the others in there order, as pretty much all the Dragon Priests were in it for the power, with the exception of Vahlok, who truly revered Alduin. I would also imagine they were quite pissed at the Dragon Cult for sealing them away, presumably against their will, finally, it should be noted that the Dragon Priests of Solstheim only became the "Dragon Priests of Solstheim" because the chunk of land that is now called Solstheim broke away from mainland Skyrim because of the fight between Vahlok and Miraak, so they were originally Dragon Priests of Skyrim. Awesome stuff overall, and I'm glad you liked it, Relycs

Another solution for you modders is to use this mod: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/31221/? It disables weakness to sunlight when wearing headgear (except circlets).

I don't understand the question. He modified helmets and hoods so that it can eliminate your weakness to sunlight.

I think he means logically that wearing a helmet wouldn't eliminate sunlight weakness, if you see what I mean.

Well, your head wouldn't be directly exposed to sunlight
