Glad you like it Tim, Shock Magic is easily my favorite element in the game and Lightning Storm is absolutely amazing to use.
If you save before collecting your reward then it should restock the reward from the Quest. Doing that quest enough to get the scrolls is a tiny bit of a pain which is why I think I used the two special abilities half a dozen time at most...
Thanks for the comment and like and I'll fit that little bit of info I gave you about Shalidor's Insights in the build somewhere, I knew I forgot something

Nice! Like the connection to wamasu and the combat style with daggers! I imagine early levels being quite straining with low magicka regen and low AR, yes?
Just a quick note, you'll probably want to add Healing spell to the description of Immortal Survival. The combination you listed does not heal the player

Oh yeah early levels were pretty tough (although I didn't pick up the Bound Daggers until level 20-25), dealing with anything on Solthseim at that level would be pretty difficult. But regardless casting spells was something that really felt rarer to me this time around. I had %50 Magicka Regen later but that's it, I'm used to having %100-%200.
Thanks for mentioning the Healing Spell, could have sworn I put it in but that might be a slightly important part of the combo.

Oh yeah, let me think. I remember that it was definitely Blades Boots and Gauntlets with Zahkriisos but I can't quite remember if I ran the Blades Armour or something else. Right, just had to run off and hunt down a picture of the build because, yeah it's been so long since I played it. Right it was the Blades Armour that I ran.
In the meantime I'll see if I can't either put together the perks or find them somewhere, I haven't had any luck there and I suppose this is one of the limitations of the perk spread. I'll put down what I can remember but that isn't much and I'm unsure about half of it. Really you could alter it to include whatever you want, but the Destruction, Alchemy and Restoration are all crucial for the build
Heavy Armour: Got no idea...Juggernaut 5/5, Well Fitted and Tower of Strength would work fine.
One-Handed: Armsman 5/5, Dual Flurry 2/2 and Dual Savagery
Alchemy: Alchemist 5/5, Physician and Benefactor
Destruction: Novice - Master Destruction, Dual Casting, Augmented Shock 2/2 and Disintergration (possibly Impact as well)
Restoration: Novice Restoration, Dual Casting, Respite and Regeneration (I remember this being relatively unperked because you only need the Novice Spell)
I said in the build that the end level was 45 but I can't for the life of me figure out why I'd need more perks. Theoretically this should all work, I guess you could potentially boost One-Handed and Heavy Armour a little bit, or for some daft reason take Augmented Fire, Frost and the related perks.
I hope the build is somewhat playable now, and I do apologize that there are no pictures at the moment. I hope you have an enjoyable time with the build, and I'd love it if you let me know how it goes.
