Words cannot even express how I feel about this build not being at a higher rank, you've got a masterpiece here. Beautiful presentation, and a great armor combo accompanied by a badass attitude makes a great character. Well done Borom. +1

What's up with the Speech in the perk tree? You don't mention it anywhere else in the build.

It's meant to sort of speak for itself. The character is all about intimidation, so I perked Intimidation to give him some conversational opportunities to do it. It's more an RP choice than anything, so it's entirely possibly to spread those perks among things like Heavy Armor or Enchanting.

I've added a note beneath the perk spread to clear that up, Prisoner.
