Very nice! This is the best straight-up Vigilant build I've seen. I remember back before Dawnguard was released being bitterly disappointed that you couldn't join this faction in-game... and then being even more bitterly disappointed after Dawnguard was released and they just made the Vigilants into some kind of joke!
My only quibble here might be the use of Enchanting. Whenever I play a "good" character like this I always have serious doubts about using souls to fuel my gear. But the in-game Vigilants themselves use enchanted stuff, right? If so I suppose there's some good precedent for it.
I'm sure you already know this, but you can mess with Namira even further by following Eola's orders and then just killing everyone in the sanctuary. It feels icky, since you have to temporarily side with her and then lie to a priest of Arkay... but I roleplay that stuff all aside and just pretend my character is interested in getting to the bottom of it all.
How did you handle the destruction of the Hall of the Vigilants? After that occurs, you've only got Stendarr's Beacon as a faction refuge. It's such a shame, since you lose a Restoration trainer in the process, and before it gets destroyed you're unlikely to have enough cash to really make use of her.

Yeah there has been a good few Vigilant builds, but hands down this is the best looking and best presented one I've seen so far. Great job Albino! +1

Glad you liked it! I was disappointed at how screwed over the Vigil was too, but it didn't stop me from making a build about them anyway. With regards to the Enchanting, keep in mind the Vigil's (unofficial) motto: Stendarr's Mercy be upon you, for the Vigil has none to spare. If they're all about not showing mercy for the wicked, then why would they show mercy by not soul trapping them? And yes, they use pre-enchanted robes and hoods.
With regards to the destruction of the Hall of the Vigilants, I roleplayed that it was a huge blow to the organization, but not the end of it. My character soldiered on and continued the Vigil's work. While you do lose an Expert Restoration trainer, there's a master level one at Fort Dawnguard, so as far as gameplay goes, it's hardly a loss.

Glad you liked it! I never actually thought about it that way, but yeah, this is like a counterpart to the Quarra. As far as blocking goes, I personally went with nothing in the off-hand, but a torch works nicely as well. Also, fortify block enchantments work regardless of whether you're blocking with a shield, torch, or weapon.

This should have more likes. Although the Vigilants are made out to be weak and incompetent, the concept is cool, and they're still awesome. haha +1
I also love their mixed armor choice and would totally live with the lack of AR, but you did a great job of supplementing that.
