I played my Seeker as a Breton for the skill boosts. As for the Diadem, it's already enchanted and there isn't an improving recipe for it.

This could be VERY interesting together with the Dragonborn spell "Ignite" and the aspect of Terror fire boost, I see a huge dmg potential

Sorry for not liking this before. Been looking to see if a dagger/shield combo has been done, and this is fantastic! It really is a neat and effective playstyle with a lot of variations on approaching combat. Great stuff man.

And here I was contemplating making a build because I noticed shield/dagger was surprisingly effective.

Well, now I don't need to make one myself. xD

That is the combo I have been rolling with for a bit. Pretty awesome.
