Iunno man. Stealing from people is pretty evil, and they dont even stop there. They've proven more than willing to frame others for crimes, and they're willing to kill if the situation calls for it.

Well, Robin. Hood stole, and the Cyrodill branch cares for beggars

There's a problem with your backstory you said that he was there during the pblivion crisis but is the last dragonborn there is a 200 year gap between the two events

Yeah, but show me ONE of the Theive's Guild members who is like Robin Hood. The members of Skyrim's Guild are pretty much all out for themselves, barring some minor amount of loyalty to the Guild. Grey Fox yes, but he's in Cyrodiil's Guild.

Speaking of which, it's not a Cyrodiil "branch", is it? The two guilds are completely different organizations, not one (or at least I thought so). So just because the Grey Fox was like Robin Hood, it doesn't do anything to redeem Skyrim's guild - which, as said above, is perfectly willing to do things like frame people and maintain a relationship with the Dark Brotherhood.

To top it off they bend over backwards to serve the Black-Briars, easily the most corrupt noble family in Riften. And they dont stop there either. The thieves guild has dealings with many other corrupt noblemen like the Silverbloods of Markarth.

I find their stealing is virtuous in some cases, and the ones they kill are for pretty good reasons, most of them are difficult scumbags. And I don't find stealing evil, maybe a bit underhanded, but still. Mercer had to be the closest thing to evil the guild ever had.

For instance, say a hungry beggar steals some head to feed his family, is he evil then?

I have something to say. A few days ago i posted a WiP build with the exact same main theme. The Two Faced Madman. I feel you have copied it a little. I mean the night/day thing

I looked at both and really there are barely any similarities. Sure they both use a swap during day and night but that's hardly the most unique roleplay idea ever, it's a very comman idea and one that can take inspiriation from dozens of characters or ideas.

They both have very different skills, gear, basics, backstories and really have nothing in common other than a day/night swapping idea.
