You definitely should not trust my math skills! I've been known to make mistakes, especially where Aspect of Terror is concerned. If you'd like, I can run a few tests later today -- since dual-casting can't actually be shown in your magic menu, the only way to get an accurate gauge of its impact is by checking a target's health after using the spell on him.
Bit of an annoyance, and as a result, I don't claim to be confident in my numbers. You should probably keep it as is for now, until we've had a chance to confirm one way or another. I just wanted to bring it up because it is something worth verifying.

Fire's afterburn makes it a pain in the ass to test, especially when you count in Dual Casting and AoT. If you have the time, I'd appreciate it, but don't go out of your way.
Whether the damage is 47 or 41, it's a crap-ton and very useful.

I changed the wording a little bit to better reflect what I meant.
The Empire, in the Mane's case, basically tried to execute the King of Elsweyr because some uptight Imperial officer didn't like the looks of him. This could easily be seen as the start of a war (possibly a Second Great War as the Khajiit are aligned with the Dominion) and this could let him join the Stormcloaks to tear down the Empire. Ya know, if you're of the blue bear persuasion.

This is really cool. You know, I've yet to play a build that utilizes the resto-glitch. Not because I'm opposed to the concept, but simply because I've always found it a bit intimidating... don't know why. I was tempted to try it for Mason's Seraphim, but couldn't bring myself to do it. This build makes me want to to tackle the concept again (no small feat :D)
Great job!

Thanks. It really is a lot of fun once you get over the hurdle of thinking spamming eternal Flames/Frostbite at everything is a good way to kill it. Like, when you first get 100% Fortify Shouts and think you should be Fus Ro Dah-ing everything to smithereens.
And congratulations on remembering to like before you comment.
