    So basically, it's Heimskr, but armed to the teeth and In command of the thu'um? Fuck, maybe the Thalmor were on to something... I'd drop Destruction altogether or at least supplement it with another magic skill. Makes for a cleaner, easier to manage character. 20pts of Magicka to 10pts of health is pretty ridiculous for a guy who uses only one school. Still, it's a damn good start and made me laugh. +1

    Yeah it is pretty extreme but he didn't have anywhere to put it. Health was kept low to give him a weak point, with the Enchanting he's weapons kill everything fairly quickly in the end. Destruction was simply something I felt fit best, oh and because of D&D (who has their own god Talos who rules over Strons and Lightning) I'd always imagined Talos as a lightning God of some kind so that why destruction is in I'll Anyway glad you liked it and got a laugh out of it, it's a serious but funny build and I enjoyed, how did I put it oh yeah Chilling with Heimskr and taking notes.

    Heimskr is also master trainer in Praising Talos, Knowing who Talos is, Being a loyal priest of Talos and knowing that the Thalmor and Imperials are traitors. Yeah he's got a wide range of skills to choose from.

    Won't the Stormcloak Officer Boots mess with your light armour perks? I thought it was bugged and actually counts as heavy armour on consoles.

    Hmm yeah I guess I should research these things, I just forget that a lot of items are still bugged like this for consoles. I'll figure out a decent alternative then thanks Raidriar.

    The Stormcloak Officer Boots were fixed by Patch 1.9, so console users are in the clear. I should probably mention that on pcoutcast's recent build too.
