    Well, apparently, Spinners can use dead plants, as in plants already picked. Basically, I played this guy as a man who, while following Jephre, wasn't really that devout, and as he grew in knowledge, slowly began following it. Also, I did use animal parts when I could, like leather armor, or Human Flesh.

    That is it! That is the much needed explanation. You should write it under Roleplay column.

    And every bosmer following Green Pact can harvest dead plants but still they can not eat it.

    Yeah, its Welsh, it looks cool as a substitute for an Elven language, and just looks neat in general.

    Yeah, instead of .5, its a full 1, which i guess means fully silent

    That's an ambitious build! I especially like the use of roleplay and lore in this... +1 :D
