Cool gear choices and presentation. I like the idea of using Attribute Regen effects to compensate for the stunted regen vampires suffer during the day.
Reminds me very much of the Regulator, but I guess that's to be expected given that you took influence from the same source material. I can personally attest to the badassery that comes from this play style.
For a build that uses several pretty significant exploits, I feel like you really don't need both Alchemy and Enchanting here. You're only getting about 10 extra Unarmed damage from those gauntlets than you'd be getting with the base value, and you could make up for that by perking Alchemy a bit more. You've also got a ton of utility from Block, Alteration, and Restoration ... Two crafting skills just seems like overkill; this guy would be overpowered even without Enchanting.
I've seen a couple other builds use that same elemental resist potion lately, and I have to ask ... where are you guys getting your Hawk Beaks? I usually just go with Snowberries + Fly Amanita + Thistle Branch for Fire and Frost resistance. You don't see too many Shock Damage spell effects aimed at your character in Skyrim, whereas Fire and Frost are quite common. And you can be justified in burning through these potions, because the ingredients are all super common, and can even be grown in Hearthfire.

You use the unofficial patches, right? They may have fixed that. UESP says the hawks become invincible when they respawn after being killed once.
