The new text looks so out of character, man. I strongly recommend downloading gimp and just trying out some of Billy Mays' tutorials on using it, or one of the countless other tutorials out there for almost any effect you can imagine. There are hundreds of simple, legible fonts free to download, too, so you can pick one that really matches the character of this build.

Each of those is a tutorial (the last one actually has three tutorials) for using gimp to make fire text that could be really cool. Then you can just insert it as you would a pic.

Actually, this is impossible. Perfect Touch only works on non-essential NPCs and Tullius is essential until Battle for Solitude (technically, that Tullius is a new copy spawned by the CK for the battle but anyway) and thus, this makes your method false.
