Ok. I understand it. But, what about Ring of Peerless Magicka? Did he find it, right? Because if he didnt spend perks with Enchanting, he could enchanting a ring with Ring of Peerless Magicka. Right? I want know if I tried to make the same character, how and where will I find all the armor sets? Do you understand me? I think its a great build, I just want know how to get this ring, for exemple. Theres a right place to find it or it will be a lucky case?

Ring of Peerless Magicka can be found in random loot, according to UESP it starts to appear starting from level 40. So yes, you need to be high level and lucky

Well done, you three. I really like the emphasis on roleplaying and the lore foundation. I hope other entrants in this event follow suit on that front.
The gear is cool, the skill set is effective and appropriate, and the potions are awesome. That Hist Reserve is one of my absolute favorites -- it'll probably be making an appearance in my next build too, under a different name.
I do agree with a few others about the images being a tad too dark, and the text on the perk spreads being a bit hard to read. You also have a rogue typeface on the "Notable Spells" line under "The Build" header. Presentation is really nice otherwise. Definitely a strong start to this second event!
