Really want to try out this build, but I have a question: how do I get the Penitus Oculatus Armor without killing any of them and Console Command?

I really like the armor combination!

Hmmm, perhaps the only way to do it would be to lure hostiles into their vacinity and hope that they do the work for you if you are morally opposed to killing any Penitus.

I don't think there is a single piece in the game that isn't on a soldier already... unfortunately.

Thanks... getting the armor and then wearing it around was a big piece of the enjoyment for me.  Not to mention RPing myself as a bit deranged and more than a little... well... obsessed.  :)

Nice armor combo, ran a similar one in the earlier stages of my Conqueror. It's certainly got some pretty interesting roleplay. Good work here.
