Sharp deduction skills, Mr. Chris. Yes, this is based on another MLP character. I decided to present a build that would fit nicely with ES, as was requested, but I couldn't resist slipping in a few references for those who can understand them.

My last build was an experiment. It wasn't meant to survive or do really well, I just wanted to see what would happen. And now I'm applying what I learned to this build and future builds.

Just say this build in the Deathmatch and voted for it, figured you asked for critiques and comments so I'd give my two cents.
I love the stealth references to Applejack, the fact that you were unobtrusive with the reference helps quite a bit. I would have made a few changes in that regard: finding humanized versions of Applejack to use as images (three is a bit low I think) and inserting relevant quotes from her as well. It would help to establish the character both visually and for RPing.
Structurally I would have divided up equipment and role-play options into separate categories. I would also have liked more than one Perk spread (traditionally they're given for levels 25 and 50) and a more detailed list of equipment progression. Ebony's hard to get to, but what about Volundrung? It's pretty easy to get and devastatingly powerful, with a very useful enchantment. The Longhammer is also very useful, as would be the Dawnguard Rune Hammer.
Your concept and presentation are pretty solid but I think you need to work on your detail and overall content. +1, and looking forward to this build improving in the future.

Cool approach. I am a fan of your "family reunion" section to gather followers and go on a wrecking crew through Skyrim. I see a "simple and modest" farm girl only wearing iron armor, MAYBE steel, but nothing as fancy as ancient Nord, but that's just me!
