The Bal Molagmer by Oneness and Hainsey should be precisely what you're looking for. 

The King of Worms by myself and Raid is able to support his thralls with undead healing and poisons with positive effects. But the King of Worms hardly covers the full scope of what a support based assassin could do. I definitely recommend moving forward with this project. 

Legendary rank takes quite a bit of time to get to. But cheer up, its only 6 likes away.

I am looking for a few builds that focus on each races stereotypical characters, "Tamriel lore" builds. Examples being Paul England's Nord builds, the Telvanni Wizard, the An-Xileel, the Valenwood Ranger, etc.

I'm a bit curious, has anyone ever done a build focused around Blackreach? It seems as though that place, as massive as it is, doesn't get much attention.

I'll second Transient Sorcerer and Sorceress.  I've been having a blast with the latter using mods, and really owe a full playthrough of the former with lots of screenshots. :D
