I'm sorry if this question has been asked already, but what happens if a character doesn't have a level cap? Are we allowed to stop whenever we want? Also for someone like Frea who wears heavy Armor in game but has light Armor listed as a primary skill rather than heavy Armor what do we do?

If there is no level cap then yes you could go as high as you want.  Regardless of what he level cap is if you've finished the quests you planned and still haven't hit the cap you don't have to keep playing that character until you hit the cap, you can stop early.  The idea is to not exceed the limits of the character in the game, some have no limit to their potential and some will never be more than an apprentice.

So...It seems that some are a bit hung up on what the NPC is carring when you meet them.  Like Frea wearing heavy armor even though she is more skilled in light armor usage (no offense Aysleph i'm just using your example because it's the most recent).  I really don't understand this hang up, just becaouse someone is wearing heavy armor, or carring a big sword, does not mean they have to know how to use it, and the reverse would also be true.  I wear clothes everyday but I'm not a tailor or seemstress or whatever you call them, I use a fork and knife everyday but I'm not a chef and can barely make boxed mac&cheese.  We meet the characters of Skyrim at different times in their lives, i'm sure there are reasons why they aren't optimally equipped for their skill set.

I know that in some instances the skills just don't match up with the character, like Neloth and Enchanting that's why we made the amendment to rule 2.  As far as skills that don't match their starting equipment, well you can just equip your follwer appropriatley in game why not roleplay the same way.  To use Frea as an example once more, She is on the war path when you meet her so she armed herself appropriatly for that task.  Sure she has better lt armor skill but look at her choices Skal armor vs. Nordic armor, even with a little bit of lt armor skill Nordic is going to be better protection.  I would think she is more interested in staying alive on her mission then being comfortable.

Anyone here know how to access a GDoc on PS4?

Oh, can you change my build name to "The Unworthy" and the Modder's log? Yeah, there is another build called "The Unbroken" so I opted to change the name of my build. Thanks.

    Cross-posted.

Question about training... it is allowed?  Is it considered cheating?  Should you follow the RP and what the character would do?  Suggestions sought. :)

Better be, or (a) I'll never get the log done in time, and (b) I'll be hecka cheating (I'm using the Faendal follower training exploit... and I'm playing as Faendal xD).

My RP makes sense of this mess ;D

Training is absolutely fine, if you'd like of course you can always follow the RP and what the character would do but since Roleplaying a character isn't even something you have to do (though admiteddly it makes a build more interesting) you don't have to follow it if you don't want to. Depending on the skill I sometimes train a character even if it doesn't make much sense just so I can get through the more difficult level range of 20-30.
