Holy Shit... i didn't know that either... I've NEVER heard anyone say that before...or seen it written anywhere. and I've had Skyrim since it came out...

Weapons will say +10 Wind Damage or something while you have the shout active.

If you want sonic I'll gladly message you the build right up until it's final evolution (it is an evolution type build with 3 parts.) The lore behind it is that the character is a bastard child to Vernaccus (a lesser daedra who was revered as a deity for a short time) and a maiden in Cyrodiil. Depending on how you want to go with it you can roleplay him either being a half-daedra and Ayleid or Imperial. (I used High Elf for Ayleid as they are the closest skin tone wise and religion wise [High elves are the only ones who did not defect from original religion. The Dunmer /or Chimer when they originally defected/ and Bosmer defected from the religion and were banished from Summerset. The Ayleids were banished because they acknowledged that daedra had power and would revere /not worship mind you/ them for the raw power they possessed [which technically speaking the daedra are the same as the gods in Elder Scrolls except they were born under Padame and not Anu /another technicality which determined if they were evil and good ; Anu and his children loved all of creation while Padame and her children sought to manipulate the creation and subjugate. If you (like me) believe that Sithis is the one and only god in Elder Scrolls you can see this as the duality of Sithis in embodiments /Anu and Padame/ to help the physical mind process it./] however an Imperial works pretty well and their racial Voice of the Emperor works like a charm to "subjugate" entire legions of armies and helps as a saving grace early on.) The build uses runes, cloaks, Firestorm, and Blizzard as its only active cast battle spells. (Early game it uses Bound Bow and late game it uses a glitch involving the spell to conjure arrows) Other than that this guy is teleporting around the field in Slow Time+ Whirlwind Shout or Slow Time and Psuedo Dashing (if you don't have the Silent Roll perk you can still do it with a bow by drawing and sheathing an arrow while holding sprint button. What makes this a pseudo dash is that you don't have to go through the whole animation and can reset it as the roll slows down) to enemies and sticking them full on arcane pointy hell.

    That's pretty cool.

I'm gonna go with an Argonian (my Favorite Race) with the Zephyr Bow, it may not hit as hard... but it's my favorite bow in the game. I'm gonna go Light Armor (Glass, cuz it's my favorite)  this will be my first Pure Archer build too. and my head piece will be the Diadem of the Savant... Or The Aetherial Crown. (I know i lose out on Matching Set with the Diadem. and most other Light Armor Bonuses with the crown) not sure which stone i'm gonna use... but I think I'll steer Clear of Necrovamp.

Oh... and don't worry, i don't use Alchemy... aside form the Potions that are stock in game... it's a personal thing really.

so no incredibly OP bullshit... gonna need to get all the best enchanting stuff to.

I'll work on the backstory and stuff later!
