Using everything i got an accompanying "fear" effect to up to level 181 lol.
Its also possible to get "absorb health" effects into the 120 range, so that dual wielding attacks become far more effective than actually chain casting grand healing.
ps - if you want to be really overpowered for some roleplay reason you can stack all three dragon masks with the vampire /werewolf glitch.

adding an elemental enchantment with the Augmented effect perk will NOT further increase the Chaos enchant; the Augmented element perk has already been applied, and the game will not apply it a second time).
