Supreme Vampire Lord/Beast Form Glitch

Hello T&T people, on the occasion of the release of my new build in '"evolution contest", I decided (thanks to Noodles) to share with all of you this awesome glitch, to allow you to familiarize with the method.

I was working on a hybrid vampire\werewolf build and by chance, I discovered this exceptional glitch, that provides to the character several advantages and flaws that make the gameplay/roleplay very intense.
I decided to call this glitch "Supreme Vampire Lord".

The "Supreme Vampire Lord Glitch" is designed to obtain an effective damage in unarmed combat, I suggest you to play at least on Master difficulty, because it is very powerful. Once achieved the requirements for operating this glitch, we can enjoy the following enhancements in human form:

    - About 150 unarmed damage, "Light Foot" sneak perk (for free), Water Walking, Mist Form, Detect Creatures, 375 AR and the VL stats (MHS). These are the values already modified by Necromage perk.

    - As it should be, power has a price and it's something I've always loved.

    - This form is obtainable only once in a playthrough, turning into VL completely dispels the effect forever and it's the ONLY WAY to do it, however you can freely use Beast Form.

    - You can never get in the water, so if you need7want to do some quests\free explorations in water (for example, those for Neloth, Maven, etc.), complete them before you do the glitch.

    - Increased weakness to sunlight. You'll have an additional Stage 4 weakness to sunlight, even curing vampirism and being a werewolf.

    - You can not use Bats Reflexes or Revert Form command(from "powers" list).

    And now my favorite:

    - All guards, jarls, thanes and court wizards, will attack you on sight, as if you were in VL/Beast Form(siding with Dawnguards this effect could be lightly different. I need more tests).

Once the Vampire Lord Form is available (via Serana if you side with Dawnguard), you can begin the companions' quest line.

When you meet Skjor in the underforge, during "The Silver Hand" quest, you must:

    1. Select Vampire Lord (you'll need "Power of the grave", "Unearthly Will", "Detect Creatures" and "Mist Form" perks unlocked) in your powers menu, then SAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    2. Press at the same time the “action command” (to drink the blood) and the “power command” (to become a vampire lord)

    3. Once you are outside in Vampire Lord Form, return in the Underforge

    4. Select revert form, wait an hour and repeatedly activate revert form just before the loading screen.

If you done it well, after the loading screen, you should be in human form outside Gallows Rock , so check the active effects menu and powers menu (if you use the vampire lord form, you'll loose the effect forever!). Now you should see some new effects. Try to enter in the lake near your position to check your status.

Welcome in the Supreme Vampire Lord/Beast Form!

Once in this form you'll can choose to remain a werewolf, or ask to Serana/Harkon to transform you in a vampire and/or cure yourself going to Falion, without losing the effect of the glitch. You can also become a vampire, then go to Aela and return a werewolf.

With this glitch you can play as a feared and hated vampire or a much powerful werewolf. I'm not sure if boosted unarmed damage works in beast form (I'm on ps3, so can't test it deeper), but I think it doesn't however you keep all the others bonuses.

I hope you enjoy my discovery and to see new applications of it in future.

    That's all folks, thank you!

Hello my friend! Just a tidbit of info here!

It seems to me like all you are reviewing is the Hybrid Glitch itself. I would like to point out that the over 150 unarmed damage does not occur in the glitch as of patch 1.9 on PS3 as far as I am aware, and no Vampire Lord Powers were actually available unless I took on Vampire Lord... I do highly recommend trying to replicate this again and possibly make a video showing exactly what you did.

Just a bit of a thought that would help your guide, if this is a guide

    Cheers mate!

Strange... I play it usually, but I'll try it again from the beginning. I wanna ensure you that this isn't the normal hybrid glitch. You can perform this in any moment after acquired Harkon's gift and without using Serana. I discovered this glitch in April 2014, so after patch 1.9 on PS3 and works without problems in the way I said before.

    Thanks for your reply!

Thanks for the quick reply. I will definitely look into this more as this could be very useful. I still do HIGHLY recommend adding a video that gives the step-by step guide as to what you did, that way everyone can understand the difference and see all the benefits possibly. Either that or show what you did to achieve this in your Character Build. Other than that, I love the idea and it has a +1 from me.

So, one thing I discovered long ago was the ability to remove the Sunlight Weakness via the hybrid glitch. Could the Daylight Weakness be removed through this?

Also, this does seem quite powerful and looks like it has more power to it than even I thought. I wonder how much this would effect many playthroughs... Could I possibly use this if I decide to post another build I am working on? All credits to you of course.

The "Abilities" chart on the uesp shows the vampire claws also give a health bonus along with other things, that scale as you level, do you retain those and do they scale as you level up and change when your level hits the appropriate level? This would be an overpowered mechanic if that is the case, but this is something that came too mind that I wonder.

Sadly I'm on PS3, so I can't make a video of this by myself but,  in the worst of the cases, i'll try to explain it as better as i can on the character build.

About the weakness to sunlight, you can remove it by curing your vampirism. The glitch will continue to work even after the cure. If you transform yourself in a werewolf and use WW chat with Serana, you'll become a vampire with a double weakness to sunlight effect, but without the vampire's aspect(glowing eyes, etc...).

I posted this glitch to allow you to get familiarity with it. You can use it in any way you wish, but honestly I prefer to post my event build first, so wait my build before post yours, it's important for me.

About vampire claws stuff...yes, they work in that way and are affected by Necromage perk. This is the reason because I suggest to play on Master or Legendary.

Hope I've satisfied all of your doubts.

You have satisfied them perfectly. Since they do scale and level up as you level, if that is what you mean, then that is absolutely perfect! It gives me a great idea for something I want to try for my Volkihar Titan build. I wanted to level it's power though sheer combat and you my friend have presented the perfect means of doing so... Thank you for this amazing discovery!

Ran some more tests. I found that when your level switches between 10 to 11, the uesp suggests that your bonuses should change, But the "Vampire Claws" Boosts (Health, Magicka, Stamina, Unarmed Damage and Armor Rating boost) do not increase.

My only question here is, does it not change until level 20 or never change at all. Power of the Grave also kicked in for the Health, Magicka, Stamina boosts after I leveled up.

Also, I did the glitch to every step you provided, and still did not have the usual daily powers as a stage 4 Vampire, nor id my stages ever increase. I had to go and get Vampirism back from Serana/Harkon for that.

My Argonian had his original Black Scales and Blue eyes when I performed the glitch, as if he was a Normal Argonian, not a Vampire Argonian.

All these tests have been done on PS3 Patch 1.9 and just thought they should be given to you.

I don't know the changes from a level to another one, because I tested it as a final stage of a character and I'm on ps3.

You did it right! This is a glitch that works in any form except Vampire Lord, so after that you can choose the way you prefer: human, vampire or werewolf.

Edited some parts to make clearer its versatility.

Hope some PC players can make a video of this and/or give us more details about all its hidden values.

Yeah, I was rather confused about all of the "Level changing". Next time I will just say screw it and wait till Level 50 beforehand. Awesome glitch though and definately earns my liking. Also, I seemed to end up having a Double-weakness to Sunlight after taking Vampirism again. I had two 60 point decreases in sunlight without Necromage. But it was extremely cool either way because killing guards without a bounty makes me REALLY happy!
