The first pic I posted on the Skyrim Blog was actually a fan art from someone on DeviantART (Don't remember who, TheMinttu perhaps?). I'm not sure if this was the first one, but he must've been amongst the first, and is a pretty badass dude, the Nerevarine:
From my steam copy, on PC (which I only bought after having already spent hundreds of hours on my PS3 Skyrim copy), here are my first screenshots:
Back then, coming straight from the PS3 (which is known to have been the host to the worst Bethesda game ports), you can imagine the thrill I had when I started to delve into modding. However, although it all looks pretty on these screenshots, shortly after I took them I had to uninstall the ENB because my old GPU couldn't handle it, and I was having constant drops to 5-10 FPS!
That dead elf was shortly after I installed a blood texture mod, so I over-stabbed the poor mer to see how much of a Tarantino movie I could turn my playthrough into.
And now that I look at it, that Nord in the picture reminds me a lot of what I now have as my "canon" Dragonborn, although the latter uses Heavy Armor and I'm pretty sure that the man from the picture was a ranger. I still have plans to write something about my canon Dragonborn... Or rather, sort out everything I have already written into a coherent thing.
And here are some cats as a bonus, from about the same timeframe. I'm sorry, but I just had to share them with you. If I remember correctly, they were both named "Cat". They are long gone now, sadly.
Oh my, it seems like yesterday.

May well have been the problem. HAHA, but I have seen the light since then, though sometimes, I slip up, but he wasn't really a bosmer, he was a Dwemer.
