Well over here: midnight struck, validated my words, and had a cup or two of tequila and hot tears tea (only alcohol and mixers I have right now).

I wrote 18,357/20,000; 1,643 short, but I'm damn proud; that's 50 pages! I didn't know I could write that much. While I hit my share rough spots too, this was the highlight of the month for me.

I finished chapters 24-27 and 28 is almost finished. I'll probably split Ch.28 since it's already past the word cap I try to keep on my chapters and I haven't even added the couple of songs it has or the  rap battle yet.Yeah, I'm throwing in a Nordic rap battle. I'm not musically inclined, so I'll need help when I get to editing that chapter. I have SO much editing to do now! I focused on just trying to spew out drafts for this event.

I usually write mostly on a whim, so I started noticing a few things trying to get at least a few words written everyday (missed 9 days and some days i only wrote like 50 words, lol). I found it very difficult to consistently write about my characters if I wasn't in a similar mood as them in real life. Trying to write about someone having a great time while depressed? Not happening. Ruining your characters' lives while feeling great? Might happen, but now your depressed too.

357 words off from 15,000. THREE-HUNDRED AND FIFTY SEVEN! Oh well. It was fun to write new characters, but it had its challenges. I.E.- It is set 75 years after the events of Skyrim. Aside from that, though, it went pretty smoothly until I fell asleep before I could write the last 357 words. *flips keyboard*

The bard in the Winking Skeever in Solitude is named Lisette.
