The story of an Altmer mage, Caranthir, sent to Skyrim to join the College of Winterhold. Based off the adventures of my first Mage Character. Caranthir is a member of a long line of mages and as such is expected to be an exceptional mage. After failing to prove his understanding of magic in his early childhood, he was considered an outcast. It was only because of extensive training that he became an adept mage, still with a weak understanding and control over magic when his family history is considered. To avoid further embarrassment and not wanting to deal with him any more, his father sent him to Skyrim to join the College in Winterhold. It is there he will try to redeem himself by pulling off one of the things considered among scholars to be impossible.

To whom it may concern:(always wanted to start a notice like that :D)
Chapters 9 & 10 will probably not be posted for a long time. I'm not taking a break, but they set up the entire second half and ending of the story arc #1 and are very important in of themselves, so I want to make sure that I get them right. If I don't do it the way I want it to work out, it would probably mess up my entire timeline of events, so... yeah. Don't expect anything for at least another 3-4 weeks, though 9 miiiight be finished in 2. I doubt anyone who reads my story actually cares how long it takes but, ya know, if you do there you go.
BTW, a sincere thanks to all those who read and support my blog. Without you guys I probably would've stopped writing right after the first chapter, and it just means a lot to constantly get feedback from everyone. :p
    Stay Gloomy!
(From now on I'm gonna end everything with that. Yaaaay!)

I wouldn't worry about how long it takes Accursed, like you said what matters is that you feel happy with it. We'll be here waiting for the next section. It's ready when it's ready.

    (Looking forwards to it still)

Yeesh. I'm just finishing up Chapter Ten ands it's making ME sad to write it. Get ready for a world of sadness...

Happens to me sometimes. I get very sad when I write parts of Aelberon's story. His story is very tragic.

Well... I just lost half the chapter. Yippee for more delays.

Like actually lost it? Like "oh no, lost save lost?"

Well, Word claimed it auto saves every five minutes or so, but apparently it didn't save the last half. I should've manually saved it, but oh well. It was only the most important event of the story.

Oh God.  I would probably be throwing things out the window, but you seem fairly collected.
