The son of the supreme goddess, Varuna...

                                                         “No! I will end this!”

                                                                     Back story...

Aahan was hunting down the Jade Emperor. The Jade Emperor had caused so many bad things to happen to Aahan's family and his life. He had just killed his friend for siding with the Jade Emperor. He was determined for killing the Jade Emperor. But then, Tai Sui Xing was not going to let that happen. The Chinese god of time pulled him into a unknown dimension known as skyrim. Aahan was confused at this new land. He traveled for days, finding new cities and people. Every one looked at him like he was a alien. These people called nords, were very weird to him. They were very proud and fearless. He met beasts, known as khajiits and argonians. He thought he was having a dream. It was like no one trusted him. People were afraid of him. He was captured by bandits one time while he was asleep. But when he realized he was captured by bandits, he unleashed his wrath, killing everyone in the cave. He fell asleep one day, and he had a dream. A dragon was speaking to him. When he woke up, he had to go to the border of skyrim. He just had to...

Race: I personally recommend Male Breton. Try to make your character look young as possible. No scars, dirt, or anything. Breton is the race that looks the youngest to me to be honest. And name your character Aahan Devetri. That is a Hindu name.

                Stats:2m/2h/1s for every five levels

Stone:Mage or Warrior when you start off. I recommend mage because destruction levels up very slowly. Once your destruction is high enough, I recommend the Actronach stone. This stone will be useful for the extra Magicka and the spell absorption. If you feel like you need more protection, get the steed stone instead.

Shouts: Ice Form and the Frost breath shout. This is because these go together with the character. The character is a frost archangel and the son of Varuna. Sadly there is no water shouts in the game so these will be the best option.

                                        Skills and Abilities...

Destruction: This will be one of your damaging skills. We will be using Algor magic. We will only be going to expert. The master spells are not really good. We will not be using dual casting to. And finally, we will be using the perks and buff frost spells. If you have a PC, I highly recommend getting the elemental destruction mod. If you have this mod, we will be using Water Magic instead.

Light Armour: This will be your protection skill. Aahan is a very nimble person, and light Armour will make your character nimble and fast. If you have a PC, get the bluenight glass Armour mod.

One handed: When your enemy is close your sword will come to use. We will only use swords. And enchant your weapons will frost or aqua damage.

Smithing and Enchanting: You need enchanting to enchant your Armour and weapons. And you also need to improve your weapons and Armour.

Speech:Aahan is a alien in this land. Speech will help to improve his social skills with new people. And the merchant perk will help greatly for destruction training and smithing.

                                                              Gameplay!

As you can see so far, this build is basically a ice mage and a warrior mixed together. But I wanted to make this build special. The character is based off a boy named Aahan in my book I'm writing so far. In this book Aahan is the son of varuna and he must stop the Jade Emperor.

We will only be using frost magic. If you have the elemental destruction magic mod, you will be using Algor spells. This is kind of a challenge however...

You see, Nords are the most common race in Skyrim. Almost every bandit or humanoid enemy you encounter will be a Nord. Nords resist 50% frost damage. Now this sounds horrible right? It really isn't so bad. Even though they resist a good percent of damage from it, I was still kicking their ass. However, Dwemer enemies will be very tough. So how should you deal with them? Dual wield. Just use sheer fore. Some more enemies that you might have some problems with are mages. Mostly frost and shock mages. Shock mages will make sure that your magicka is down to ZERO. And frost mages make sure that you cannot do a power attack. Combine these two together, and you get a piece of freaking Naraka(cough cough Dragon Priest)

Once you get 150 magicka, you should start using the apprentice spells. Remember, you are not a pure mage. Your magicka will run out fast but your sword will keep you prepared. Get the apprentice perk as soon as you can. Once you get the perk that halves the cost for apprentice spells and the perk that boost your ice spells power, you will be good to go until you reach level 50 in destruction. You should focus on getting the destruction perks mentioned earlier first. But you should at least get one perk in one handed and light Armour before getting the augmented frost perk. Enchanting really should not be hard to level up starting of. But once you reach around 35 in enchanting, it starts getting slow. To deal with this? Keep picking up those extra weapons in a dungeon and buy as much cheap soul gems as possible. And enchant those weapons. Even better, is that you can sell them for a good price to also level up your speech. As we all know, smithing is a bitch to level up. A great way of getting to elven smithing is to make a ton of gold rings. Now the dwarven bow will not be helpful to us because we are not taking that path. So you will be on your own to level up smithing my friend. And speech? Speech kind of just levels up on its own.

So now it is time for the actual gameplay section...

Starting of you will want to make your way to Riverwood. One thing you must know is to not use followers. It is very tempting, but do not use them. Aahan is a alien in this land. He does not know anyone in this land called Tamriel. So I am pretty sure someone will not help a random alien. So moving on. Buy the frostbite spells from the riverwood trader. Once you do that, go to whiterun. We will not be doing the main quest until later. Ask Bjorlam to take you the winterhold.

Uhm... Ok. First of all you have to read and understand the Character Building Group Rules. There is everything listed that you need in your build to post it (successfuly) into the Character Building group.
You should also read the Guide to Characterbuildingand you can also take inspiration from other builds.

I recommend putting the build into the workshop while you're working on it. To start a new discussion there go to the Workshop and scroll down until you see a button called "Add discussion".
Copy the html version of your build and paste it into the html mode of the discussion.
It is important that you title your work properly, like this:
    WiP Characterbuild: ???
Your build must have a gameplay section, so people know how to play it, and a perkspread. Read through some of the builds, if you're having trouble.

You can create your perkspread here and put the link into your build (you can also ask in the Art Goup Services Request Tread for a perkspread with picture). If you need any help with gameplay, -mechanics or something else, you can ask in the Character Building Help Desk or in the Tipps & Tricks Group , respectively.

I know. I post it so i can see what it looks like posted. I will finish it.

Understandable. For future reference though, there is a preview feature available. The core concept behind the build is interesting, but you got to add more details. The character is from another world entirely, so you should definitely note how he'd react to the unfamiliar people and places. More importantly, how would people react to him? Such questions determine your characters motive for pursuing or ignoring certain quests.

Okay so i have a question. How do people make those perks at level 25 pictures?

  • June 10, 2016
There's a few ways: Typically people use photoshop or ms paint to place text over an image. If photo manipulation isn't your thing, you could always head to the "Art Group Service Request" thread in the Art Group and ask someone to help you. They're going to ask you for a list of what perks you used and what picture you want to use. Make sure to give them the largest, clearest image possible. It's much easier for them to work with than something small and pixelated.

I also find that Microsoft Powerpoint is a great tool for this, but can see how this would be a problem for non-office users.

Whilst the rest have talked about presentation, I'd like to find out more about the Build. The title sounds Indian. From my knowledge of mythology, Varuna is the God of the sea. Yet the character backstory seems Chinese... Is this intentional? Also, if you'd want to bring mythological characters to life in Skyrim, you'd need to "skyrimize" it. Think of the abilities and physical make up that make this mythological character and have it replicated using skyrim's mechanics. For example, if your character is straight out of the Far East, how would making him a nord in Skyrim help? Best try to replicate it by being s Breton with smaller physical makeup. The above is just one example. try to think along those lines when further creating your character. Hope this helps.

This needs more information especially, being a character from a different world entirely. These kinds of characters especially with mods too. can be tricky to present. Also, your pictures are not showing up properly. Indeed, this needs to go to the Workshop. Good luck on the editions! you will be definitely needing it

That skill choice is perfect though just make sure to provide a clear, stylish perk spread.

Why aren't these pictures working? I put the link and everything...
