Recently I've been occupied with the Workshop collaboration build project and my Artifact Event Build, but I decided to juggle three builds and came up with this: A witchhunter-esque Forsworn hunting Nord that uses all kinds of combat styles in order to take down his enemies with deadly speed. I present to you:

I grew up in Markarth with my mother and father, I was there when the Forsworn invaded, they killed my parents and almost killed me too, I hid outside the city for days until finally my savior arrived, Ulfric Stormcloak. With his voice he shattered the walls of Markarth and took it back from the barbaric Reachmen. The Imperial bastards threw him out, called him a traitor to the Empire, their hero... my hero... they condemned him, I will not rest until this land is purged of the Empire and of the Forsworn. I shall become the Terror of the Reachmen....

We are building a true vigilante, a hero of the people of the Reach. Since he grew up in Markarth, the Forsworn Hunter has a fondness for the Dwemer and their artifacts and will explore their ruins eagerly, on the other hand he despises the Forsworn, the Thalmor and the Empire, so he will free any and all prisoners of the latter and actively hunt the former.

Race: Nord, this gives us a +5 in One-Handed and Light Armor and gives us the Battle Cry greater power, which proves useful in Forsworn camps.

Stats: 2/2/2 - we want an even spread on everything, Magicka to cast our spells, health to keep us alive through those vicious dual-wielding attacks the Forsworn use and stamina to power attack and zoom in with our bow.

Stone: The Lover --> The Lord, The Lover stone will boost how quickly we learn all our skills by 15%, the Lord will provide 50 extra AR and 25% magic resist, which is almost vital against Forsworn.

Major Skills: One-Handed, Archery, Light Armor

Minor Skills: Sneak, Enchanting, Illusion, Destruction

Powers: Blessing of Talos, Force without Effort

Gear: Stormcloak Officer Armor, Fur Bracers, Fur Boots, Scaled Helmet, Enchanted Ring, Amulet of Talos

Weapons: Dwarven Sword, Dwarven Dagger, Zephyr

Spells: Chain Lightning, Lightning Rune, Fire Rune, Muffle

Shouts: Aura Whisper, Storm Call, Throw Voice, Frost Breath, Unrelenting Force, Elemental Fury

Quests: Main Quest, Dragonborn, Lost to the Ages, Civil War (Stormcloaks), No One Escapes Cidhna Mine (Kill Madanach), The Taste of Death (Kill Eola in the Crypt), Become Thane of Markarth, Silenced Tongues, Evil in Waiting, A Scroll for Anska, Siege on the Dragon Cult.

Titles: Ysmir - Dragon of the North, Thane of Whiterun, Thane of Markarth, Stormblade

Archery: You should approach all possible combat situations with this to get the advantage. Because we are using Zephyr and the Quick Shot perk we draw 60% faster, which means we are firing more often than every enemy in the game. Key Perks are Eagle Eye, Steady Hand and Quick Shot.

One-Handed: Once you are discovered you should use your Dwarven Sword and Dwarven Dagger to take down your enemies, because we are using a dagger and sword our attack speed is at the maximum DPS, this can be combined with Dual Flurry and Elemental Fury for insanely fast sword-swinging. Key Perks are Dual Flurry, Fighting Stance and Dual Savagery.

Light Armor: This skill is used to defend yourself and remain perfectly mobile, key perks are Unhindered and Custom Fit.

Destruction: This is used to wield lightning spells, since the Forsworn use magic from a distance and hang back in groups Chain Lightning is insanely powerful against them, since they are more often than not in large groups. Key Perks are Augmented Shock, Adept Destruction and Rune Master.

Enchanting: Used to enchant our gear to maximize our damage output and minimize our spell-casting costs. Key Perks are Extra Effect and Insightful Enchanter.

Illusion: Used to keep our spells and shouts silent, so as to keep us hidden until we want to be revealed. Key Perks are Apprentice Illusion and Quiet Casting.

Sneak: Used to keep us hidden (to a degree) and deal extra sneak damage with our bow. Key Perks are Deadly Aim and Muffled Movement.

    Level 25 Perks - Level 55 Perks

Scaled Helmet: Fortify Archery and Fortify Destruction

Stormcloak Officer Armor: Fortify Destruction and Fortify Magicka Regen

Fur Bracers: Fortify One-Handed and Fortify Archery

Fur Boots: Fortify One-Handed and Fortify Sneak

Amulet of Talos: Pre-Enchanted with Fortify Shouts

Ring: Fortify One-Handed and Resist Magic

    Zephyr: Pre-Enchanted with Quick Shot

    Dwarven Sword: Unenchanted

    Dwarven Dagger: Unenchanted

You should approach all possible encounters with sneak and bow, you can also use muffle to make yourself virtually undetectable, which is extremely useful, since Forsworn (your primary prey) have extremely high detection capabilities. try to get the higher ground, especially with Forsworn camps, since they are typically surrounded by mountains. In ruins, sneaking is your best friend, since they are positively crawling with dark spaces to hide in. From these spaces you can place Runes to gain advantage, if your enemies don't tread on the runes whilst approaching you, you can use chain lightning to either kill them or set it off instead.

If and when you are discovered or come out of sneaking, you should be able to take down weaker enemies quickly and easily with dual-wielding, if you are still at a distance then you should take down your foes from afar with Chain Lightning.

Undead enemies can be taken care of with Fire Rune, which can be placed beneath boss coffins (For example, at the end of Bleak Falls Barrow a rune can be placed under the boss coffin and it will explode instantly, meaning you can fight the boss draugr before collecting the first word of Unrelenting Force).

Shouts can be used as follows:

Aura Whisper: Used to detect enemies when sneaking, this can also reveal any draugr that are still asleep when inside ruins.

Storm Call: Excellent in Forsworn Camps, allowing you to kill enemies without having to turn the whole camp upside down trying to find them.

Throw Voice: Used to lure enemies towards your runes or keep them within your bow's range.

Frost Breath: Best used on melee enemies, because it hinders their power attacking and slows them down, this is good against Forsworn Ravagers and Pillagers. It is not massively effective against Undead, including Vampires.

Unrelenting Force: Used for crowd control and when you need a moment to regenerate your stamina and magicka.

Elemental Fury: Absolutely insane against all enemies, when combined with Dual Flurry 2/2 you hit so fast you can barely see your own attack animation.

This is a list of all the Forsworn Camps and Settlements to hunt, I won't tell you where they are simply for the sake of discovering them for yourselves, don't be afraid to kill every last one of the Forsworn.

Aside from the fact that I couldn't stop giggling at Ulfric being a "saviour", I really like the build. You explain the base gameplay of a witchhunter very well and even though it's a common enough playstyle, we don't really have many builds about the Forsworn, fewer that involve hunting them. It's an interesting characterization that really works and I like the backstory.

I would advise you to pick a different first picture, because it's quite blurry and pixelated, but other than that your presentation is clean and your writing is good. Also, your tags are wrong. Take out the ":" from the Character Build tags and you'll be fine. +1
