Hey Guys and girls this is my first build which I was inspired to make by Janna from League of Legends
I did not add pictures because I am new and I don't know how to use the site properly and please forgive
me for the low special moves because I really could not think of anything else. I suggest getting
the elemental destruction magic mod by reaperix. if on console or don't want mods can use lightning magick
Thiadwen - The Storms Fury
Lore
There are those sorcerers who give themselves over to the primal powers of nature, forgoing the learned practice of magic. Such a sorceress is
Thiadwen, who first learned magic as an orphan growing up amidst the chaos that is the island of summerset isles
Thiadwen eked out what living she could on the streets. Life was tough and dangerous for the beautiful young girl,
and she survived by her wits, and by stealing when wits weren't enough. The rampant magic that characterizes The Summerset Isles
was the first and most alluring tool which Thiadwen realized could both protect and elevate her.
Thiadwen discovered that she had an affinity for a particular type of magic - the elemental magic of air.
She mastered her studies of air magic in a matter of months, almost as if she was born of it. Thiadwen went
from a street vagrant to an avatar of the air virtually overnight, stunning and surpassing those who taught
her. Such a rapid ascension also changed her physical appearance, giving her an otherworldly look.
Seeking to bring peace to the summerset isles. There is something untouchable about Thiadwen, however, and her affections
can change as quickly as the wind.

Stats-
once magicka becomes 670 keep upgrading health stamina is your choice
Equipment-
A silver and sapphire Circlet of Destruction - destruction spells cost less
Ring of Recovery - magicka regenerates faster
disenchant a thalmor robe and enchant any amulet you like with fortify destruction
for armor get this http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52713/? and enchant with fortify magicka rate and fortify destruction for console players they can use whatever armor they choose with the same enchants
gloves have fortify destruction
same for the boots along with muffle
and I suggest using a shield when needed for like dragon shouts and other attacks if not healing. Spell breaker is a great shield for when at higher levels.

Whirlwind Sprint for that sanick speed
Battle Fury for giving that sanick speed to your friends blade

Gameplay-
this build is a support type build so i suggest allowing your followers to go ahead and you healing them from the back and covering them with destruction magick. you also should not commit any crimes except for stealing a simple thing when absolutely needed. you do not need sneak cause if you are not seen than u have no probs. (hope this section was good enough)
Special Moves-
Howling Gale
ACTIVE: Thiadwen summons a whirlwind at her current location which charges up over 3 seconds, increasing its range by 35%, damage and Airborne icon knock up duration each second.
(should be easy for people to figure out but just in case just use the whirlwind shout and cast whirlwind cloak it’s that simple)
