Don't even worry about out-leveling your unarmed damage because it won't happen so long as you have Marked for Death and that's just for high level boss battles. With the Ring of the Beast, Fists of Steel perk and 5pt enchantment on the gauntlets you'll be swinging for 43 damage roughly. That was plenty of damage up through Lvl 25 at least. By then you'll surely have MfD and will know when you really need it.
I knew Fortify Marksman potions boosted unarmed damage and I did pick up a few through the playthrough but don't think I even used them lol. Btw my current Oracle is a Lvl 57 in Sneak, no perks hah! Muffle is also a good balancer when it comes to leveling Illusion which is why I suggest using it often. Fear, Fury, and Calm have a large range of enemies they can't affect and the skill would lag behind otherwise. If you're gonna take it to 90 for Master of the Mind you'll need a little help from Muffle.
