I was just wondering whether this would be possible without Enchanting? Here's what I was thinking:
Otar + Stage 4 Vampirism = 80% Frost
Otar + Dunmer + Daedric Boots of the Firewalker - Stage 4 Vampirism = 85% Fire
Otar + Necklace of Grounding = 85% Shock
Lord Stone + Magic Resistance 3/3 + Agent of Mara + Daedric Shield of Nullification = 85% Magic
Certainly possible! Only disadvantage is that 80% Frost, but that could be rectified easily by replacing the Daedric Shield of Nullification with a Daedric Shield of Warmth and utilising the Vampire's Well Rested and Azura's Blessing. The above is just easier because of not needing to pick up the bonuses every eight hours. Atronach Forge would be required for the Boots and Shield, and luck for the Necklace.
Alternatively, Necromage could make things a lot easier. But exploit free is best.
Anyway, great idea, well presented and simple. Once again, easy +1 Albino. How many builds you got nw, thirty or so? I reckon you need a badge for "Member with most time on his hands"
