    You can't enchant some pre-enchanted items, if you have Dawnguard, use vampire armor, the black one. The name is an RP thing for Thalmor robes

    I'm tempted to create a bunch of accounts just to like this build all the way to legendary. But that would be extremely tedious and I don't think the hosts would be too pleased with me if they found out, lol.
