Pretty good translation of the thief class into Skyrim. My only real issue is the inclusion of Illusion and Smithing, While they're certainly useful for a thief, they aren't part of the thief's skillset as seen in other Elder Scrolls games. Regardless, it's a solid build and I give you +1 for that.
Regarding Imperial Luck, I think you should note that it doesn't work properly in the vanilla version of the game regardless of whether or not you personally have it patched. Also, on your list of places to rob, I recommend adding Broken Oar Grotto. Raidriar mentioned on his Prowler build that it's the perfect place for a thief to hone their skills and I can attest to that. Also, Lights Out (the quest that has you travel there) seems like the kind of quest a thief would do.
