The High King’s Ranger
The High King (or High Queen) is the leader of Skyrim. Governing the province, those holding this office become a member of the Elder Council of the Empire of Tamriel. The High king ruled from Windhelm, and later from Solitude, the capital of the province of Skyrim. The high King became the ruler of the jarls of Skyrim.
Backstory ~
You were once part of the High King’s Ranger corps. Torygg, the High King, treated you fairly, and the rangers became his protection, and his hand in dealing justice, as the blades were long ago for the Emperor. You were content with this life, until the day Jarl Ulfric Stormcloak challenged Torygg to a duel, and killed him. The rangers, ashamed at their failure, scattered, and were hunted down by the Stormcloak soldiers. All except you. You swore vengeance against Ulfric, and were chasing him across the border when you fell into the same ambush as the Jarl did.
"Maw unleashing razor snow, Of dragons from the blue brought down, Births the walking winter's woe, The High King in his Jagged Crown."

Level 25: http://skyrimcalculator.com/369877
Level 50: http://skyrimcalculator.com/369878
Major skills ~
Archery: Archery is your best friend. Shoot from afar, snipe with the Eagle Eye perk, stagger opponents, and clear a dungeon before anyone can reach you. Archery gives you an advantage over almost every other attack in the game, except for fire and ice destruction magic.
Restoration: Those who are connected with nature have a good grasp of healing magic. With only light armor on, many enemies will take only two hits to kill you, so Restoration can help you out of a pinch.
One Handed: If enemies get too close to you, shooting them with a bow becomes silly. Put away your bow, and start hacking and slashing with an axe. The Hack and Slash perk is very helpful, by providing DOT.
Sneak: Sneaking around is invaluable. Without great armor, if a strong warrior hits you¸ it can be devastating. Being able to sneak up on opponents and get a sneak attack before the fight even begins.
Minor skills ~
Light Armor: Your best protection from fellow archers, and brutes who attack you up close or unaware.
Enchanting: An excellent resource to improve on your skills, add to your Health, Magicka, or Stamina, or add resistance to the elements.
Alchemy: Poisons and potions are always helpful. At later levels, Restoration is pointless, or underpowered, but with Restoration potions, the skill is back, up, and running. Poisons are excellent, and an excellent way to add to the punch your bows already deliver.
Smithing: Smithing, albeit helpful, is not too important in this build. Making light armor and being able to improve it is certainly helpful, and the added experience is nice, but this is not one of your first priorities.
At the start ~
Escape Helgen with Ralof. Once you have made it out, explore the nearby area. I have found five different skill books in between the exit from Helgen and Riverwood. (Someday I will post a guide on where they all are.) I advise clearing out Pinewatch for some easy gold, gold ingots, ores, and an awesome leveled loot chest at the end. I would also clear out Embershard mine (where one of the skill books is) and that evil witch’s cabin (there is another skill book here) to get a free enchanting table, a lot of free (but stolen) ingredients, some poisons and an enchanting table. Nearby is a random encounter that usually is a dead treasure hunter, and if you killed the bandit on the road with the treasure map, there is a hidden chest in a trunk nearby. That should set you up to do what you want.
Other recommended quests ~
Destroy the Dark Brotherhood
Dragonborn
Lost to the Ages
Dawnguard (Dawnguard faction)
The Companions (Do not cure yourself)
Ill Met by Moonlight
The Thieves Guild
The Mage’s College (through First Lessons).
Equipment ~
Head: Shrouded Cowl (If you do decide to do the Dark Brotherhood quest-line, use the ancient hood): A great boost to Archery and it looks really cool
Torso: Glass Armor: Enchanted with Fortify Restoration and Archery
Arms: Gauntlets of the Old Gods
Feet: Glass Boots: Enchanted with Fortify Sneak and Resist Frost
Neck: Saarthal Amulet
Finger: Ring: Enchanted with Fortify One Handed and Restoration, or Ring of Hircine
Bows: Zephyr, Glass bow (Chaos Damage, Absorb Stamina), Dragon Bone bow (Fiery Soul Trap and Paralyze)
Axes: Glass axe (Absorb Health, Absorb Stamina), or Dragon Bone axe (Chaos damage, Absorb Health)
Daggers: Twin Daedric daggers for when an axe or a bow just does not cut it (Not Enchanted)
Details and Role Playing ~
The High King’s Ranger is seeking revenge against the Stormcloaks for murdering his King. Whenever he runs into Stormcloaks, he will fight them, even if it means that he must break the law. If i had to evaluate him, I would call him Chaotic Good, with good being the side of Skyrim and the old High King. The High King’s Ranger will side with the Imperials, simply for the reason that they want to restore peace to Skyrim by defeating the Stormcloaks. When Ulfric is defeated, you must be the one to kill him, with a well-placed arrow (to the knee :P) Another important thing to do is the Main story, as you will, at the end, come face to face with Torygg, your High King while in Sovangarde. As a ranger, animals are your best friend, so the ability to become one, in the form of a Werewolf is a great idea. Getting a wolf or armored troll from the Dawnguard is also a great idea.
Closing Remarks ~
This is my second build, and my take on a non-Bosmer (Wood Elf) archer. I had a lot of fun Role Playing this build, and enjoyed the mechanics of it. Sometime in the near future, I plan to add special moves, but I just cannot seem to think of any that have not been done with another Archer based build on this site already.

It's not really the color that's the problem.
Use a bit more indexing, different fonts, maybe use italics for Headings etc; Use left or right aligned skinny pictures aside your text - y'know, spruce it up.
It's a really nice concept you have here (judging from the title) unfortunately I wasn't enticed to read the entire thing word for word since your presentation lacks soul.
You really have to grip the reader; What makes you hyped for creating and building this? Use that enthusiasm to put pen to paper (Or keyboard to Blog )
Try also putting in an example of a battle encounter to show readers and potential players how a battle would play out, and how a King's Ranger would use his (presumably) throne-given arsenal to decimate his unworthy opponents!
I'll reserve a like for you if you clean this up man; I'm not one for putting down people's hard work and creativity down (I presume this is your first build), since the word processor used for this blog is slightly confusing at first.
If you want to add me I'll PM you more about it (How to add GIFS, music, improving text etc.)
Good luck!
