Better on the eyes definitely, My remaining concern is your first three skills (Dest, Resto and Alt) are still a bit wall-of-texty and that the buddha palm and soul flame are too light-colored.

The main thing I see is the need for a bit more flashy presentation. Some perk + equipment spread pictures would really bolster the overall read, and other than that just more artwork in general. Also, maybe some arty headings.

At first glace I noticed that you have augmented elements at 3/3 but it should only be 2/2. On that note though, cloak spells aren't affected by augmented element perks (for some reason) which makes me think you didn't actually play this one :/
I do like the idea of using disintegrate and deep freeze because they would render an opponent useless or dead once you punched them down to about 10-20% hp
Also, it should be noted that unarmed damage is only boosted by the base armor rating of the heavy gauntlets, so upgrading them with smithing doesn't actually boost damage.
