I wonder if there's any room for the Speech and/or Illusion skills in this build. It seems to me that an Evangelist should have some form of persuasive personality, and a little bit of Speech or Illusion would help reinforce that from a roleplay perspective. You said yourself "it is focusing on Religious aspects and changing people's religious beliefs," convincing them to put down their arms and stop fighting, or swaying them to your worldview so they fight their former allies to defend your beliefs seems to fit the concept, as does convincing people that your cause is noble and righteous enough to deserve a few more septims at the shops.
Also, your presentation is pretty good, but I find the "Character Build:" and "The Evangelist" text a bit hard to read with the busy pattern inside the lettering, and the perk spread graphic could use some work to make it look more polished.
I do really like the concept of a non-combat character who only uses their holy might against the legions of the undead though.

Of vampirism? Yes.
Of being an insufferable side-kick? Never.
If you aren't a vampire at the end of the Dawnguard questline, and step through some dialouge with her a bit carefully, you can convince her to seek out a cure.
