I was running out of ideas for builds and I didn't want to do something generic and boring - I wanted something unique. Argonian was the only race I hadn't played yet, and after seeing their racial ability and the Health Regeneration enchantments and potions, it was clear Histskin was a source of unimaginable power (evil laugh). It's a little obscure but demonstrates how this power can be used very effectively. Other than that it's sort of a character of everything I haven't done already:
The Histmaster
This build is based around converting attributes into each other using Equilibrium and Healing spells combined with Respite. One of the primary sources of our main attribute - Health - is the Histskin power. It's possible using ordinary gear (not self-enchanted) to get 50% Health Regeneration from 3 different pieces of gear, then adding Elixir of Regeneration, for another 100%. Combined with the Lady Stone for another 25 it is possible to use Histskin to fully regenerate your entire health pool within a mere 4 seconds. 4. SECONDS.This allows you to keep Equilibrium in one hand, something like Thunderbolt in the other, and cast constantly while virtually invincible for a whole minute. That is where the true power of the Histmaster lies - and he is sure to use it in difficult situations.
I used the Lover stone with a focus on skills from all three sets, and sometimes the Lady Stone for the 25% bonus health regeneration. Key shouts include Ice Form, to give you time to regain health/magicka through Equilibrium and healing.
Mounted combat is redundant as mounting a horse with a bound weapon out dispels the effect, and spells cannot be cast from horseback.
Major Skills
Two-Handed - Main offense. Combined with light armor it's easy to stay out of enemies' reach. Main perks are Barbarian, Champion's stance and the axe perks.
Conjuration - Bound weapons and summoned atronachs. Up to Expert Conjuration, Mystic Binding and the Atronach perks. Permanent Atronachs I prefer not to use, as summoning one straight into a group of enemies to deal the aura damage is quite useful, and you don't have to worry about them getting lost.
Destruction - Ranged offense. Up to Expert Destruction and specialising in Lightning - useful against all enemies.
Minor Skills
Light Armor - Defense. Agile Defender, Custom Fit and Unhindered. We're more aiming at staying out of reach.
Alteration - Improve defenses and magic resistance. Only perk we're really aiming for is magic resist.
Restoration - Healing and conversion. The health from Equilibrium can be converted into Stamina with Respite. Apprentice Restoration, Respite and Regeneration are key perks.
Many-Horns invokes the power of the Hist to destroy his foes

I did ask him on another build Titan and I think he actual plays them through in game time. Which is an even more impressive feat. But after watching how he plays with some of these builds I dont think it takes him very long to get them up to lvl 20 25.
Character Build monster our Ponty is lol

I usually play them until around 10-15 before uploading a build just to check if it actually works out (ie isn't completely useless). This is the only build I've leveled with the console and that was to demonstrate how the higher level enchantments work out.

Haha! Brilliant ponty! Was looking forward to seeing what he was capable of!
Did you know that 'guardian circle' from restoration also acts as a power well if you have magical absorbtion from the atronach perk (or stone). May be something worth exploring with this character...

Very cool, you get a "like" from me. Finally a build in which race makes a difference, it's always nice to see those. Might try out an argonian just because of this.
Oh, and it's now official:
The Savior's Hide looks damn epic on EVERYONE.
