Oblivion Walker I mean, you have achievement with this name in Skyrim for obtaining all Daedric Artifacts.

Also, Oblivion actually gives you a reason to obtain all Artifacts. Oghma Infinium can be obtained only after you complete all quests for other Daedric Princes.

This is more or less roleplay restriction, but I think it should spice up your roleplay.

Gladiator - Easy. Fight in the Arena. But have you ever tried to just live as a Gladiator? I mean, what gladiator was ever able to fight five fights in the arena and still stand? What I did was to restrict myself to one fight a day. Suddenly, you have to live through the day only with the gold you win. This is great opportunity for you to actually live in Imperial City, get to know it´s citizens and complete quests you stumble upon.
