  I think that those things probably should be aplied, since he these powers dont work against him because of bad mechanics, we might as well say the most powerful is the ebony warrior, because he is the most dificult boss fight. And i didnt meant not to count dragonborn characters, only to not count the player characters.

  Miraak is also lvl 150 and he can one shot dragons, im thinking miraak is the most powerful

  I know it sounds wierd but I ocassionally watch skyrim battes that people put up to see who is strongest. The ebony warrior is the most powerful NPC in the game but the highest level is a tie between Miraak and Arngier.

  kick anyone's ass? i think that only powerful magic can do that

  maybe Divayth Fyr is still alive, or some Psijic time-ubermage, the thalmor fears the psijic order.

  Actually Karstaag is VERY powerful, he's in the Dragonborn DLC and can EASILY defeat the Ebony Warrior

  I guess with our new lizard king i should include argonians, and deadra and aedra no, since they are gods, i want to figure out who is the most powerful mortal aside from the player character. Im pretty sure its miraak

  Kaarstag does not count, he is a "demon"? He trancends reality, mortality, or something just to fight you, he is not a mortal and is not alive, so he does not count

  Im not sure, he is mortal, is not dead, is part of our plane, and i still think miraak could defat him, being dragonborn and so on

  Yet they lost to the warriors of hammerfell. It's hard to say any ONE person to be more powerful, but as a group, probably the aldmeri dominion

  Then again this thread is not about the most powerful faction, it is about the most powerful person, besides the player character, and im pretty sure it is the other dragonborn, miraak

  in all honestly, there are far too many battle i would not have survived without blasting a couble wabbajack rounds into a densily populated area
