    Overhate Well, I'm guessing it means that a heal, which is supposed to heal you for 100 HP, will now heal you for 104 HP.

    The_Lex Pretty much what Overhate said. "4% healing taken" - means that any heal given to you (by another player or by your own healing abilities) is increased by 4%.
