    Mr. I haven't delved into the Brotherhood in F4 yet, but from what I can tell the Institute is not the Empire's equivalent in Fallout. It's still early, so it's only a first impression of mine.

    The Wing I'd equate the Institute with the Aldmeri Dominion, actually. The Brotherhood of Steel, though... Well, I suppose they could be an Empire parallel?
