The purpose of a court wizard is to advise on situations of a magical nature, or did you not talk to Farengar within the first hour of the game? And, does Ulfric not practice shouts, a predominantly Nordic magic? Also, if it were not true, I would not post it.

There are exceptions to everything, but talk to every innkeeper, companion (respected and mainly Nordic) and many other Nords and they will say they distrust magic or dislike it. I am not saying that there are virtually no Nord mages in Skyrim, I am just saying that they are few and far between.

Someone who does not trust magic would not hire someone who uses it to advise him upon issues of a magical nature. He wouldn't believe anything the wizard said if he and the other Nords were so strongly against it

But he must defeat Miraak to unlock there full power. Don't get me wrong, I like the build and the idea that you need the Black books to defeat Miraak, that is a good idea, it's just that it is not entirely true.

And, you've just went against your own comment saying that "all Nord's hate magic". You may want to actually think before spamming comments on a build especially invaild ones.

And actually it is said that The Mane of Elsweyr has the ability to shout so it's not necessarily predominately Nord.

And again, that's Nords, not the Stormcloaks.  Nords are equally split between the Empire and the Stormcloaks.  And looking at the actually facts in the game, what are the two groups who actively try to suppress magic users or magical items?  The Thalmor (as they tried with the Psijic Order) and the Synod, who attempt to horde unique and magical items.  Both of those groups are intrinsically joined with the Empire, who the Stormcloaks are fighting.  So if you really think that a seeker of knowledge needs to join a side in the civil war, your argument against joining the Stormcloaks is illogical.

I never spammed, sorry BRT for saying Stormcloaks not Nords, I admit I was wrong. But the Thalmor extensively use magic among their own ranks and they are not "joined" to the Empire, they have the Empire whipped. Also what was your original problem with me Elyssius? I just stated my opinion.
