I dislike the use of chitin armour in this build as it does NOT suit someone devoted to the quest for eternal knowledge, it looks more like an outlaw-type armour

You used the Lord stone, the most overused stone i the game and the blog. Lover would have been better as it boosts skills, so it is like gaining knowledge at a greater rate.

You should have at least started the civil war as uncovering the jagged crown seems like something a true knowledge seeker would try to uncover.

Also the Stormcloaks generally dislike magic so why would a seeker of knowledge want them in control as they would restrict the sharing of magical secrets and practices

Why use a flame suppression enchantment if you are a Dunmer? You already have a 50 fire resist bonus. You should have made one for ice, shock or magic as a whole.
