Hello everyone and welcome to the latest Character Building Event! Thanks to everyone who participated in the Minibuilds contest; we'll be announcing the winners a week from now, so keep an eye out! For this event, we're giving you a choice between two different options for your event build, both of which tie into the theme of utilizing Elder Scrolls artifacts.
Option 1: Make a build that revolves around using one or more artifacts from Skyrim. Choices can be selected from UESP's list of Skyrim artifacts and list of Dragonborn artifacts.
Option 2: Recreate one or more TES artifacts in Skyrim. This can be a an artifact that was in a TES game other than Skyrim, such as Chrysamere, or a different version of an artifact that does appear in Skyrim, such as Oblivion's version of Chillrend. Choices can be selected from UESP's list of artifacts; just click on the A through Z links at the top of the page to read about them. Rules and Requirements
- Participants that are new to character building must read and understand both the Group Rules and Character Building Guide. I also recommend that you take a look at this Build Template in order to get a good idea of how to format your event build.
- Your build must prominently feature at least one Skyrim artifact or recreate at least one TES artifact in Skyrim.
- Let us know in the comments below if you are participating and what your artifact of choice is (along with which game it's from if it's an artifact that appears in multiple games) once you've decided on it (or let us know if it's a surprise build).
- Your build must be posted between the 23rd of February, 12:00 AM EST and the 8th of March, 12:00 AM EST.
- Your build must use the “Event Build:” prefix in its title rather than the normal “Character Build:” one.
- Your build must have an event rank tag and use the Event:Artifacts tag. All other tags are allowed to be applied, with the exception of the rank tags for normal character builds.
