After that I think your best bet is to disable all mods, start a new game and t...  moreMy first reccomendation is to test another save/character (if you haven't done that already), sometimes you can just get weird bugs with a single character, even without mods. After that I think your best bet is to disable all mods, start a new game and test it that way (so you don't lose anything on your main character) if the glitch doesn't come back then I'd enable your mods one by one and re-test it again to figure out which one it is.

It's a bit of a lengthy process, so if you want I guess uninstalling all of your mods (If you head into Load Order you can do it really easily) would be a quicker option but then you have to reinstall the mods and test it anyway.

Oh and I suppose it could just be a bug with Skyrim too...Anyway, I'll try and search for anyone else having that issue and see if I could narrow down a few possible options for what it can be.
