As much as I like the Altmer race, most of them as Npcs are so stuck up and think that they are above everyone. Something like this is totally what those types deserve. I recently acquired the ignite spell and it is a fantastic spell. I didn't know why I had it earlier. *facepalm* That and freeze but instead of using it through a ring, I made a tome out of it that can be bought had few vendors in my mod.

Your focus on Ahzidal (and, ironically, your decision to not be so literal in your interpretation of him that you obsess on getting all of his gear) really makes this a compelling build. And I love me those Heavy Armor sorcerer builds! Your skillset here looks like a ton of fun to play :D
For an enchanter, getting 11,000 gold should be pretty quick work. With just some petty soul gems, you can increase the value of your dwarven bows significantly (and bam your Enchanting skills at the same time) by enchanting them with Stamina Damage--you can get the disenchant by snatching Froki's bow in Graywinter Watch--or a Turn Undead or Absorb Stamina enchant. If you are ever lucky enough to find a weapon with a Banish Daedra effect, the only problem you'll ever have is trying to find enough vendors with enough gold on them to unload your bows ;D
Nicely done!
