I feel like Borba gro-Fetth would be a better name for the build, rather than contract pursuer. Mainly because it sounds more interesting/badass, but also clearly shows who the build is based on even before you actually click the build. Keep in mind that its just my opinion.
Otherwise the build sounds and looks great.

Your best presented build yet but could be better. I would drop enchanting, as it feels really tacked on, as well as Sneak. This build feels like it'll function fine without those skills.

I can understand enchanting to some extent. I believe hes using it mostly to imitate Boba Fett's various incendiary based weapons, although on that note I don't understand the need for fortify unarmed.
This next critic probably applies more to Lee Fiskilis, but I must point out that there is no need to indicate perk levels when there is only 1 level to said perk. For example you would list 5/5 for the juggernaut perk, but you shouldnt bother listing 1/1 for a perk like muffled movement and silent roll.
