Whatever the Creator permits, he will allow. So really, it depends on the rules that Y'ffre personally set (though I don't see him sticking to the Meat Mandate).

This is presented incredibly well, and I love the mythic/fable vibe of your backstory. You've got a streamlined, but powerful, skill set and fantastic roleplay... I'll bet this was a blast to play! ;D
As a friend of the Mer, I'll do my best to ignore the racism implicit in the phrase 'long ears' (sounds like something a Nord would yell just before attacking you, "Skyrim belongs to the Nords, Long-ears!" xD)
All kidding aside, you've done an awesome job here!

Nice one, Markus. As you say, the mechanics are pretty straightforward, but it's the backstory/roleplay that really make this character. And they're excellent! I love the idea of letting the player choose who the beast is, because it essentially means you've given the moral guideline without actually predetermining the decisions for us. You've made a strong, unique, roleplay-focused character that keeps all the control in the hands of the player. That's a rare feat indeed!
My only criticism is the autoplay music. You might consider moving that up to the top, so people can disable it without having to scroll all the way down?

It's a great and well presented build, Markus! I like it in every part and love the music theme. +1
Which stones and/or blessings you suggest to use with this guy? I was thinking to Lady/Atronach/Lord stone and "Voice of the Sky"+"Blessing of Talos.
I'll start a playthrough of it very soon. I'm planning to use some different armor/clothes combo too, over your suggested set: Stormcloak officier armor/armor of old gods + fur boots and gauntlets, ragged trousers + dunmer shoes, Kyne's Token/Amulet of Talos, Ring of Hircine, etc...
I also thinking to use my "Supreme Beast Form" glitch (maybe, only to try it), to have more health/defense, in particular against mages.
