I'm fairly new here, but I would just like to say that I feel like I've been looking for this build for a good week or 2, as I wanted to play a werewolf assassin/nightblade. (because sneaky assassin/magic users are totally companion material...)
How surprising that it's almost 2 years old. Now I'm new, so I'm not sure how proper tagging works, but I feel like this build should have character tags for lycanthropy and or khajit? Especially considering both those parts seem to be what the build is focused on. (would've helped me find it sooner. thank you john bob for commenting on this so I'd see it)
Also, to bring up those extra points in light armor and master destruction, I feel like they could be used in alteration. Detect life and dead are mentioned in the special abilities, but alteration is mentioned nowhere else in the build. Points in alteration could help with using these spells, and if it wouldn't ruin roleplaying, it would probably help with your armor in both human/khajit form, and in werewolf form, similar to how Krosis mentioned cloaks carrying over to beast form
Great build!

Like the build but there is one vital thing I would like to point out.
After EXTENSIVE research I have come to a pretty solid conclusion that the werewolves unarmed attacks do not benefit from the dual wielding perks.
Like for example, the game itself even calls the werewolves attacks unarmed, and dual flurry affects one handed weapons. Now there are some weapons that used to stick on your character when you transform, boosting your weapon skill when you attack, but that wasn't mentioned in the build and I'm not sure if thats been patched or not. and in-game I have a dual wielding warrior who's a werewolf and I haven't noticed any speed increase when I'm in my werewolf transformation, only in base form
