    Sonari Pure-Song

(If you want straight up stats [Name, Race, Gender, Allegiances, Fears, etc., please scroll past the following backstory]

Sonari is like any other Nord trying to make an honest living in Skyrim. But yet, fate has been unfavorable to her. Throughout her whole life, Sonari was the sweetest young lady you would ever meet, and that still stands now. She would give to beggars, care for the sick, play with children, and would never kill or injure unless absolutely necessary, which usually was not the case. Her parents were honest civilians as well, her mother worked as an innkeeper, and her father worked on a lumbermill. Though not particularly religious, the family did worship Talos. In all aspects, her life seems ideal. That is true, unless you factor in one particular incident.

The night she killed her parents.

It was a quiet night in their little home in Morthal. Sonari was just 15. Both parents were asleep, unaware of the events to come. Sonari, however, was wide awake, suffering from some mild insomnia. All was quiet. Suddenly, the Daedric Prince Mehrunes Dagon presented himself to Sonari. She was terrified, she had never actually seen or heard any malevolent force in her life, not even dragur. Dagon then cursed Sonari, though its effects were unclear at first, as Sonari felt no different once Dagon had disappeared. Then, without warning,  she became an entirely different person, but not visibly, except in her eyes, which had none of the loving sparkle that they usually do. The curse had made a second personality of sorts. This personality was the polar opposite to her true nature, but while the curse was active, Sonari didn't feel like she was different in any way. She went into her parents' room, grabbed her father's dagger, and slit both her father's and mother's throats. By the time Sonari turned back to normal, it was too late, both were dead. Sonari looked a t the dagger in her hand and realized what she had done. Her life would never be the same from that point on.

The curse was not a single instance, but rather an ongoing phenomenon that Dagon himself triggered whenever he pleased. Upon doing so, Sonari would change to that same persona that killed her parents. And each time, the bloodlust remained the same; she would kill everything in sight until the curse was disabled by Dagon or until she was taken away by the guards. She could always clearly remember exactly what she did in those killing sprees even when she was unaffected by the curse, but while affected, she didn't think anything of it; all she knew was kill.

Sonari tried to stay as far away from people as possible so as to not kill any innocents. She became an adventurer, scouring the lands of Skyrim for a living, only stopping in town for a very brief stay at an inn, then quickly leaving to the wilds. She had no idea how she was going to lift this curse.

(At this point in the story, we are in the same timeframe as when Skyrim takes place. Depending on how you prefer the story to go down, there are a variety of ways you can go about it)

    1. Continue Living With the Curse for the Rest of Your Life

This option will make Sonari a nomadic, solo adventurer. Never staying in the same place for too long, always staying away from innocent people. Little to no interactions with civilian NPCs [including bartering] only going into town to finish quests that are absolutely necessary [or to sleep at an inn if you're using a realistic needs mod]. This is different from accepting the curse, as you still despise it and are doing everything in your power to make sure it doesn't affect innocents.

    2. Accepting the Curse

This option will make Sonari come to terms with her curse, even realize that some good can come out of it. With this option, you will have no fear in going to any civilized place. You will also do Dagon's quest and kill Silus to get the razor and pledge alliegance to Dagon. It is your decision if you want to ally with other daedric princes at this point as well. At this point Sonari will go from being heavily moral (Lawful Good) to morally gray (Neutral or Chaotic good). You will still not kill innocents if not affected by the curse, but if you do so while affected, it is not a problem to you.

    3. Find a Cure for the Curse

This option will make Sonari attempt to actually remove the curse from herself, even if it means facing Dagon himself [obviously this cannot be done without very specific mods, so it might be enough to do the Dagon quest but not kill Silus, and when doing other Daedric quests always choose the option that is against the prince in question. To actually "cure" the curse, you may have to say that the curse is cured after you actively defied Dagon. If that is not enough, think of some other method through which a curse would be cured, and use that]

    Stats

    Name: Sonari Pure-Song

    Gender: Female

    Race: Nord

Age at start of Skyrim: 19

Allegiances: Skyrim, Talos, Mehrunes Dagon (Player Choice)

Alignment: Lawful Good, change to Neutral or Chaotic Good (Or not at all, player choice)

Family: Mother and Father; both deceased

Fears: The effects her curse will have on civilians, herself in general

Likes: Giving to the poor, playing with children, caring for the sick and weak.

    Dislikes: Daedra, esp. Dagon,

Ticks, Quirks, etc.: At random, her curse activates, sending her on a killing spree. While affected, she is the polar opposite of herself normally; Bloodthirsty, Sociopathic, and lacks regard for safety in general

Misc: Tends to stay away from civilization and people in general so her cursed self will not kill any innocents.

Dark! This is an interesting set up you have here with the diverging paths. I was confused at first to see the traits bulleted out at the end, but I get it now, (so as to not give anything away to the reader before they read the backstory).

I have a few more questions formulating. In the meantime you might want to add the tag "RP:Profile" though.  What about pictures? Thinking of adding in any art to break up some of the text?

I added the tag just now, and I'm working on pictures, either art or screenshots of her actually in action in game, but to do the latter I'd have to actually create her and play the game for a bit to get some good shots, and the former, well I can't draw for crap and I don't want to steal someone else's work  And if you do have questions please ask them! I'm not exactly an expert RP-er but I'm sure I can answer them!

Awesome! Do you intend to play each path then? Like revert to an early save and then play each of the other two paths?
